Volunteers are an important part of the WE in the District’s goal of WE empower all students to achieve post-high school success. Thank you very much for sharing your valuable time and talents with students and staff!
Thank you very much for your interest in being a volunteer in the Beaverton School District!
With nearly 41,000 students in 54 schools, there are many ways a volunteer can help: tutor or mentor a student, assist in the library or cafeteria, help with school beautification projects, judge a science fair, help coach a team and much more.
In the district-wide Volunteer Management System (myimpactpage.com), all volunteers need to first complete an application and background check to create a profile in the system. Once a profile is created, volunteers will be able to update personal information, view and sign-up for open volunteer needs, and communicate directly with the school Volunteer Coordinator.
IMPORTANT: On August 19, Governor Kate Brown announced that all volunteers must provide proof of vaccination or complete a medical or religious exemption to volunteer in any K-12 school. As part of the volunteer application process, you'll be asked to upload your vaccination card or an exemption form.
